RYA Dayskipper theory

As skipper you are responsible for the safety of your ship and crew. With this RYA theory course we give the beginner skipper a good basic theory knowledge to sail safely along the coast during the day in tidal and non-tidal water . The RYA/MCA Day skipper shore based certificate is valid for motor and sail yachts. It is with the RYA Day skipper practical certificate sail or power the ideal licence to charter a sailboat of motor yacht.

Intended for	For anyone who wants to skipper a sail or motor yacht during the day along the coast.
Recommended pre-course experience	None
Assumed knowledge	None
Minimum age	16 years
Course content	Basic seamanship Navigation buoyage Lights & day shape from ships Safety equipment & Emergency situations Weather forecast and basic meteorology Reading and understanding navigational charts plotting a course including the tidal currents Calculating tidal heights International regulations for prevention of collision at sea Anchoring Use of electronic navigation Preparing a passage plan
Certification	RYA /MCA Day skipper Shore based certificate The certificate is delivered after a successful written exam at the RTC NCP school in Croatia
Number of students	Minimum 2 - maximum 12 Private tuition is also possible on request
Minimum duration	40 hours + 3 hours exam

For this size of boat it leaves you speachless, everything is just where it should be, every inch perfectly used. Gives you a feeling of warmth, safety, suprises you with well thought details, in no time you feel at home. Interior, building materials and design of head unit, shower compartment, cabins...you get tired trying to find a mistake, and you are supposed to be on vacation !
